When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original packaging and unused. Once satisfied, we will process the refund for the full amount (minus delivery charges if applicable) to the payment method used to place the order originally. Please note that after processing, refunds can take up to 2-5 working days to appear in your balance.
